Steps to Becoming Eflex Accredited:
- Complete 2 Company Eflex Accredited Operator Licence Agreements and the Company Details Form
- Return Agreement and Details form to FMC Australasia Pty Ltd with a cheque for $99 + GST and copy of the Company's Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance (please note this should state that you are covered for termite work) and Pest Management Licence
- Register all staff you would like to attend the Eflex training using the questions at the bottom of the page

To become an Eflex Accredited firm you will need to
download and carefully read the
Eflex Accredited Operators Licence Agreement (Please note you will be asked to supply a copy of your current pest management license and a copy of your company’s insurance showing you have Public Liability to $5 million and Professional Indemnity to $500 000). If you have any questions regarding the agreement please call FMC on 1800 066 355.
If you accept the Terms and Conditions simply sign and send two copies of the agreement along with a copy of your firms annual pest management licence, insurance certificates and annual Eflex Licence Fee ($99 + GST) to:

Once accepted you will need to
register all your individual staff that require accreditation training via this web page. (See below) Once registered we will contact you re individual training requirements (experienced based) and costs.
Support staff who may not qualify to become Eflex Accredited Operators are welcome to attend training and will be issued with a certificate of completion (a nominal charge of half the Pest Manager cost will apply).

Please note: Course fees must be paid prior to attending training course.If you wish to cancel or are unable to attend a course within 60 days of the original course date, training fees will be refunded less a $25 + GST cancellation fee.
