Envu, a global leader in environmental science solutions, has recently announced the successful integration of FMC Global Specialty Solutions (GSS) assets into its operations in Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. This transition marks a significant milestone in Envu's growth within the APAC region and enhances the range of offerings available to its customers.

This move follows the completion of Envu's acquisition of GSS from FMC Corporation, which was announced in November 2024.

The GSS product portfolio includes a variety of solutions, such as The HomeGuard Precision Termite Management System, a range of building products homogeneously impregnated with Bifenthrin, a leading termiticide. The sheeting products are a patented single layer, extruded polymer that provides termite protection for the design life of the building when installed according to the label. HomeGuard TMB

HomeGuard TMB provides total termite protection for the building under slab.

HomeGuard TMB is a high impact, 200 micron, single extrusion, polymer sheeting product that is impregnated with Bifenthrin and when used as a component of a termite management system, meet the requirements of AS 3660.1 approved in accordance with and AS 3660.3 – Termite Management. The purpose of the HomeGuard TMB sheet is to deter termites from gaining concealed access so as to provide whole of building protection for the design life of a building.

The product can be installed in the following areas:
• Under slab area of buildings
• As an approved moisture barrier membrane  (when installed according to BCA guidelines)
• In retaining walls
• For construction and control joints

HomeGuard PB

HomeGuard PB provides total protection for all building perimeters from subterranean termites.

HomeGuard PB is a high impact, 300 micron, embossed polymer sheeting product that is impregnated with Bifenthrin and when used as a component of a termite management system, meet the requirements of AS 3660.1 approved in accordance with and AS 3660.3 – Termite Management. The purpose of the HomeGuard PB sheet is to deter subterranean termites from gaining concealed access so as to provide whole of building protection for the design life of a building.

The product can be installed in the following areas:
• Under slab area of buildings
• In retaining walls
• For construction and control joints

HomeGuard DPC

HomeGuard DPC provides total termite protection for the building perimeters.

HomeGuard DPC (Damp Proof Course) is a tough, 500 micron, embossed polymer sheeting impregnated with Bifenthrin and when used as a component of a termite management system, meet the requirements of AS 3660.1 approved in accordance with and AS 3660.3 – Termite Management. The purpose of HomeGuard DPC is to provide protection for the perimeter of a building against concealed access by subterranean termites. HomeGuard DPC can also be used as a damp proof course when installed according to BCA guidelines.

The product can be installed in the following areas:
• Building perimeters
• Retaining walls
• Construction and control joints
• As an approved damp proof course, when installed according to BCA regulations
